Connie Li, Caribbean Honduras

Connie Li is a young woman currently backpacking through Central and South America, who has completely fallen in love with the island of Utila. PICK CRAB


You will need:
Pick Crab
Salt
Pepper
Coconut Oil
1 Tsp of Annatto
Mutton Pepper (preferably "chile cabro" which is native in the Bay Islands)
  • Place the crab on a bowl and add salt and pepper as much as you'd like, also depending on how much crab you have. 
  • Place the coconut oil on a frying pan and begin to heat.
  • When the coconut oil is hot add a teaspoon of annatto, tiny pieces of mutton pepper and cook for a minute.
  • Add the crab to the frying pan and cook in low heat until it is well-cooked.
