Connie Li, Caribbean Honduras

Connie Li is a young woman currently backpacking through Central and South America, who has completely fallen in love with the island of Utila. THERMIDOR LOBSTER




You'll need:

5 lbs of Small Lobsters
1 Bar of Melted Margarine
1/3 Cup of Lemon Juice
Paprika
1 Small White Onion
1 Small Green/Yellow Hot Pepper
Complete Seasoning

  • Cut the tails off the small lobsters and leave the lobsters in their shells. 
  • Cut the inside of the lobster to make sure they don't stick to the shell.
  • Cut tiny thin pieces of hot pepper and onion. 
  • Place a bit of hot pepper and onion inside each small lobster.
  • Add as much complete seasoning and paprika as you like on top of each lobster. 
  • Melt the bar of margarine and mix with the lemon juice.
  • Cover an aluminum pan with aluminum foil and place the lobsters.
  • Pour the mix of melted margarine and lemon juice on the lobsters.
  •  Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. 
  • After they have been taken out, pour the juice all over the lobsters and serve.
