Connie Li, Caribbean Honduras

Connie Li is a young woman currently backpacking through Central and South America, who has completely fallen in love with the island of Utila. Originally from Brisbane, Australia; Connie plans on traveling the rest of the world.  Connie Li es una joven mujer mochileando por Centro y Sudamerica quien se ha enamorado completamente de la isla de Utila. Originalmente de Brisbane, Australia; Connie planea en viajar por el resto del mundo.  Initially Connie came to Utila to scuba dive and get her PADI open water certification which consists of three main phases:  Knowledge Development to understand basic principles of scuba diving,  Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills and  Open Water Dives to put those skills to use. CAMP BAY

 This is the most natural beach on the island and the longest as well. Camp Bay beach is located to the east end of the island, this virgin beach is very well visited by the locals and it is rare to ever see any tourists here due to its location. It is aproximately 2 hours away from town. 

 Esta es la playa mas natural de la isla y la mas larga. La playa de Camp Bay esta localizada al este de la isla, esta playa virgen es bien visitada por los locales y es raro very turistas aqui debido a donde se encuentra. Esta a alrededor de 2 horas desde el pueblo.

WEST BAY

 Central America's best beach and one of the world's top beaches. West Bay beach is the most visited beach by locals and tourists, you can find all types of hotels, restaurants and activities here. Cruise ship tourists come to the island specifically to be in this pristine beach. 

 La mejor playa de Centroamerica y una de las mejores playas del mundo. La playa de West Bay es la mas visitada por los locales y turistas, puedes encontrar todo tipo de hoteles, restaurantes y actividades aqui. Los cruceristas vienen a la isla para especificamente estar en esta playa pristina.

WEST END

West End is the most popular area of the island as it is where you can find nightlife, the most famous festivals and an array of gastronomic options to chose from. It is also very popular for diving and snorkeling. 

 West End es el area mas popular de la isla ya que puedes encontrar la vida nocturna, los festivales mas famosos y muchas opciones gastronomicas de donde escoger las encuentras aqui. Tambien es muy popular para bucear y hacer esnorkel.

PALM BEACH

This beach is one of the latest to open to the public on the island but it has quickly became one of the beaches to visit when here. It is known as the Beach Club Roatan as well. You can easily walk to the small little cay and even ride your own horse through the water. 

 Esta playa es una de las ultimas a abrir al publico en la isla pero rapidamente se ha convertido en una de las playas a visitar cuando estes aqui. Es conocida como el Beach Club de Roatan tambien. Facilmente puedes caminar al pequeno cayo y hasta montar tu propio caballo por el mar.
